Question: What is Genesis Global's RMA policy?
 
Answer: Genesis Global's RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy is on defective equipment. In the event a customer wants to return their merchandise, the customer must obtain an RMA number from their Sales Account Manager before defective equipment will be accepted by Genesis Global.
