About Payment Methods:
Genesis Global accepts
VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Customers need to complete
the Credit Card Authorization form and fax it back to our
corporate headquarters.
Net 30, 15, & 10 Terms:
Net 30, Net 15, and Net 10 payment terms
are extended as a courtesy to established companies. It is
not an extension of credit. For example, Net 30 means that
buyer will pay Genesis Global in full on or before the 30th
calendar day (including weekends and holidays) of when the
Goods were dispatched by Genesis Global. Transit time is
included when counting the days, i.e. a purchase in transit
for 7 days before receipt has just 23 additional days until
payment is due to Genesis Global.
First transactions with Genesis Global
are usually COD Secured. For more information, call one of
our friendly Account Managers.
Wire Transfers:
On all International orders, Genesis
Global requires wire transfer of funds - unless otherwise
agreed upon by your Account Manager. Genesis Global also
accepts wire transfer from domestic (USA) orders.
Collect on Delivery (COD):
Genesis Global accepts COD terms. First
transaction is usually COD Secured (cashier check, money
order). Following orders can be shipped COD Unsecured
(company check, personal check). For more information, call
one of our friendly Account Managers.
PayPal:
Genesis Global accepts Papal
transactions and prepaid transactions. For more information,
call one of our friendly Account Managers.
Purchase Orders:
On all orders, both International and
Domestic, a Purchase Order is required (with certain
exceptions). Orders cannot be completed without signed
purchase orders.
RMA Policy:
Customer service and satisfaction is our
top priority here at Genesis Global. If equipment is DOA
(Dead On Arrival) or not working properly within the
warranty period, Genesis Global will replace your item or
refund your money. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged
without a Genesis Global RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number - you can receive this from your
Account Manager.
International Customers:
Freight and Courier Service:
We use FED-EX
(Federal Express) for all orders. Services include:
International Priority, International Economy, Priority
Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver (3-Day).
For customers that would like to use a different courier
service (Fed Ex Ground, UPS, UPS Ground), customer is also
responsible for insurance charges for the amount of
equipment. Customer is responsible for all outbound shipping
charges. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
For International orders: customer must
email or fax purchase orders to:
international@genesisglobalinc.com. International orders
are by Wire Transfer only unless your Account Manager has
made an exception. Please contact your Account Manager for
more information.
California Residents Sales Tax:
We collect a sales tax for California
sales only.
Order Cancellations:
Genesis Global reserves the right to
charge a 15-25% restocking fee for cancelled orders that
have signed purchase orders. Order cancellation needs to be
approved by your Account Manager and Genesis Global staff
management.
Quality Checking And Packaging:
Genesis Global packages with quality, we
use: sturdy boxes, packaging peanuts, foam, static shielding
bags, and bubble wrap. Your packages will be shipped and
packaged with the utmost care. Each order is approved by
Account Manager before final shipping.
Genesis Global Warranty Information:
Genesis Global gives a FREE one-year
warranty with each order. Genesis Global guarantees its
products against DOA (Dead On Arrival) and stands behind
it's policies.
